The entire Philippines salutes all the countless Filipino people who have shown great courage and generosity.
Amid “The Great Flood” brought on by Typhoon Ketsana, the Filipino people rose to the challenge, helping strangers, neighbours and loved ones. Some even gave their lives. “Bayanihan” is still alive and strong.
We salute the Filipino people.
